We hope you love and are completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund for any UNUSED products within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Please contact returns@bomoswim.com and provide your order number, as well as the invoice.

IDENTIFICATION TAG

All of our products come with an identification tag, hygiene liners and disposable seals. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal or hygiene liners have been removed, and/or tags are damaged or broken, in any way.

REFUND MODE

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or via store credit.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will only be eligible for store credit, cash refunds will not be provided. COD is only applicable in the UAE.

REFUND CONDITIONS

Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. Please ensure you have contacted returns@bomoswim.com and received the refund approval.

The product you wish to return:

  • must be unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received by you
  • must be free from any marks, stains, and smells including but not limited to make-up, perfume, and deodorant
  • must have all disposable seals and hygiene liners still attached and all seals must still be intact
  • must be returned complete with all its parts and accessories
  • must be sent in its original packaging and contain all parts of the packaging
  • must be received at our fulfillment warehouse in the UAE within fourteen (14) days from the date of refund approval; and
  • must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; or that do not have prior refund approval.

REFUND COSTS AND PROCESS

The cost of the returns is the responsibility of the customer. BOMO Swim will arrange for the return courier collection, upon approval of the return request.

If all of the refund conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), minus all shipping and processing fees, which are non-refundable.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

If goods are returned to our warehouse, and the goods do not meet the above conditions, you will be notified of the refund ineligibility and have the option to request that your merchandise is shipped back to you, at your own cost, and in the condition in which it was received by our fulfillment warehouse.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within a fourteen (14) day period, you authorise BOMO Swim and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS NON-RETURNABLE.

The customer can use a courier of their choice, we strongly recommend using a reputable international courier company so you can track your shipment. BOMO Swim will not be responsible for any lost parcels and unfortunately cannot issue refunds in such instances. At the customer’s request and cost, BOMO Swim can provide a DHL shipping return label upon approval of the customer’s refund request. Please inform us how you wish to proceed once the refund request is approved.

If all of the refund conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), minus: all applicable shipping, processing, and return import fees, all of which are non-refundable.

You may request an exchange for any UNUSED products within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Please follow the returns process and contact returns@bomoswim.com, requesting an exchange and provide your order number, as well as the invoice.

Once the original items have been returned, inspected, and approved (please see returns process for acceptable return conditions), you will be notified and can then place your order for your exchange items online. A small exchange fee of AED40 is applicable at checkout when placing your exchange order.
